    We currently deliver gifts within Hyderabad city limits.
    For areas outside our delivery zone, customers may opt for self-pickup (takeaway) from our listed outlets.

  2. Delivery Options

  • Same-Day Delivery: Available for selected gifts. Orders must be placed before the cut-off time (usually 2 PM).

  • Scheduled Delivery: Choose your preferred date and time slot at checkout. Ideal for birthdays, anniversaries, or other events.

  • Takeaway Option: Customers can opt to pick up their order from the selected Presento Gift Shop outlet at the scheduled time.

  • 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

  • 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM

  • 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

  • 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
    Custom delivery times may be accommodated on request, depending on order type and location.

    Final delivery fee is calculated at checkout before payment.
