  2. Ordering Policy
    Orders can be placed online through our website or mobile app.
    Customers must ensure all order details (including delivery address, contact number, date & time of delivery) are accurate.
    Some personalized gifts may require advance notice of 24-48 hours.

  3. Payment Terms
    All orders must be paid in full at the time of placing the order.
    We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and select wallets.
    Prices listed include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.

  4. Delivery and Takeaway
    We offer same-day delivery for select gifts (cut-off time applies) and scheduled delivery for personalized gifts.
    Delivery is available within Hyderabad city limits.
    While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
    Customers opting for takeaway must collect their order from the selected pickup location at the specified time.

  5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
    Orders cancelled at least 24 hours before delivery/pickup are eligible for a full refund.
    Personalized gift orders are non-refundable once confirmed.
    Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.

  6. Product Quality & Allergens
    Presento Gift Shop maintains strict quality standards.
    Some products may contain materials or components that cause allergies. Customers are advised to review product descriptions or contact us before placing an order.

  7. Liability
    Presento Gift Shop is not liable for any issues arising due to undisclosed allergies or improper use of products after delivery.
    In case of damaged or incorrect items, customers must notify us within 2 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

  8. Intellectual Property
    All content on the Presento Gift Shop website/app, including images, logos, text, and product designs, is the property of Presento and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

  10. Governing Law
